Get back up to 15% of your losses!

The Cashback privilege allows Runa Casino players to recover part of their real-money losses. If luck is not on your side, part of your losses can be returned to your player account as cashback.

Cashback Rules

1. Cashback is available to all active Runa Casino players.
2. The cashback percentage depends on the player’s loyalty level. At the first level, Initiate, the cashback rate is 3%. At the highest level, Runemaster, the cashback rate is 15%. You can view the full cashback rates for each loyalty level on the VIP Club page.
3. Cashback is calculated only from the player’s net real-money losses during the calculation period.
4. Losses from bonus funds are not included in the cashback calculation. "Bonus funds" means any funds credited to the player’s bonus balance.
5. Losses from tournament or lottery prizes are also not included in the cashback calculation.
6. If the player has no net real-money loss during the calculation period, the cashback amount for that period will be 0.
7. Cashback is credited to a separate Cashback balance.
8. Once a week, on Fridays between 06:00 and 07:00 UTC, the accumulated cashback amount is automatically transferred to the player’s real balance.
9. For each cashback payment, the maximum amount a player can receive is limited to 5 times the player’s total deposit amount since joining Runa Casino. This limit is applied separately to each cashback payment.
